Individual Relationship Counselling
Support for boundaries, self-worth and improving relationships
You don’t need to be in a couple to explore your relationships. Whether you're navigating family conflicts, dating dynamics, marriage problems, or old patterns that keep repeating, relationship counselling offers a safe, supportive and exploratory space to make sense of it all.
I work one-to-one with adults who are experiencing issues in their relationships - whether romantic, family or friendships. Through relationship counselling we’ll gently explore how you're relating to others and yourself, and look into your past to understand how these beliefs and behaviours developed.

What relationship counselling can help with
Many people come to therapy feeling like they're struggling to connect, have lost themselves in relationships, or are constantly questioning their worth. You might be:
-
Struggling to set boundaries without guilt
-
People-pleasing, overthinking or avoiding conflict
-
Feeling unheard, or unable to regulate your emotions
-
Repeating the same patterns with different people
-
Unsure how to ask for what you need or speak up
-
Feeling unsafe and insecure in close relationships
Through psychotherapy, we can start making sense of your patterns and responses - to understand where they came from, and explore whether they still feel helpful and healthy for you.
How We Work Together?
Counselling is led by you. There’s no expectation or pressure to share anything you’re not ready to. Sometimes just saying things out loud helps bring a kind of clarity that’s hard to reach alone. We might explore how your early relationships shaped the way you connect now, how your past impacts your present, and gently untangle what’s felt confusing or heavy.
